Blintz souffle for shavuot

1Stick of butter or margerine
4Eggs
¼cupSugar
1dashSalt
1teaspoonVanilla
cupSour cream
12Frozen blintzes

Directions

1. melt butter in 9x12 glass pan 2. line pan with blintzes

3. beat other ingredients together and add sour cream last 4. pour over blintzes
