Berries on pastry

Measure Ingredient
1 Sheet frozen puff pastry; thawed
1 pounds Lowfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Orange zest; grated
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Raspberries; picked over
1 cup Strawberries; hulled and cut in half
3 tablespoons Orange juice

Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min.

Roll out puff pastry sheet to a rectangle. Bake according to package directions. Let cool. Pur‚e cottage cheese, orange zest and sugar in a food processor or blender 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Combine raspberries, strawberries and orange juice in a bowl and toss. Just before serving, spread cottage cheese mixture over puff pastry. Top with fruit and serve.
