2 tablespoons | Orange zest; grated |

1 cup | Raspberries; picked over |
1 cup | Strawberries; hulled and cut in half |
3 tablespoons | Orange juice |
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min.
Roll out puff pastry sheet to a rectangle. Bake according to package directions. Let cool. Pure cottage cheese, orange zest and sugar in a food processor or blender 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Combine raspberries, strawberries and orange juice in a bowl and toss. Just before serving, spread cottage cheese mixture over puff pastry. Top with fruit and serve.
