|1||Sheet frozen puff pastry; thawed|
|1 pounds||Lowfat cottage cheese|
|2 tablespoons||Orange zest; grated|
|1 cup||Raspberries; picked over|
|1 cup||Strawberries; hulled and cut in half|
|3 tablespoons||Orange juice|
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min.
Roll out puff pastry sheet to a rectangle. Bake according to package directions. Let cool. Pure cottage cheese, orange zest and sugar in a food processor or blender 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Combine raspberries, strawberries and orange juice in a bowl and toss. Just before serving, spread cottage cheese mixture over puff pastry. Top with fruit and serve.
