Baked veal chops

| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 4 | Veal chops | |
| 4 | tablespoons | Fat |
| 2 | Onions -- thinly sliced | |
Directions
