Baked stuffed clams

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Minced clams
1 \N Stick of melted margarine
4 tablespoons Clam broth
\N \N Pinch of garlic salt
3 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon Sherry
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Drain clams, reserving 4 tb liquid. Mix all ingredients together and stuff shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. If you do not have shells, bake in a small baking dish for 20 to 25 minutes and serve on crackers. Randy Rigg
