| ¼ | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
| 3 | pounds | Chicken; cut up |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, blend together butter, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread seasoned butter over chicken. Bake 50 minutes, or until tender, basting occasionally with pan juices.
