Artichoke rice salad

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Rice-a-Roni, chicken flavor
12 smalls Stuffed olives, sliced
½ Green pepper, chopped fine
4 Green onions, chopped fine
2 Jars marinated artichokes>>
Including olive oil.

Cook Rice-a-Roni as directed. Add remaining ingredients and toss.

May be eaten hot as avegetable, or chilled and served on a lettuce leaf as a salad.
