|½||Green pepper, chopped fine|
|4||Green onions, chopped fine|
|2||Jars marinated artichokes>>|

Cook Rice-a-Roni as directed. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
May be eaten hot as avegetable, or chilled and served on a lettuce leaf as a salad.
