Measure | Ingredient |

18 cups | Apple pulp |
1 cup | Apple cider vinegar |
8 cups | Sugar; if apples are tart |
Less if apples are sweet | |
4 tablespoons | Cinnamon; or more if needed |
Quarter apples and cook until mushy. Put through colander or food mill until you get 18 cups of pulp. Put all ingredients in saucepot and cook on medium for 3-4 hours, or til thickened, stirring frequently. Put in jars and seal immediately.
