Agar cheese^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Water
1 tablespoon AGAR FLAKES
⅓ cup Cashews
¼ cup Water
3 tablespoons Pimento, optional
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons YEAST FLAKES
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Onion power
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder

Lightly boil water and agar flakes for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Blend until smooth remaining ingredients. Stir all ingredients together. Chill. This cheese can be sliced. When warmed it gives a slight melting effect. Good for GRILLED CHEESE.
