Meatball casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| ¼ | cup | Finely chopped onion |
| ¼ | cup | Finely chopped celery |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Bread crumbs, fine |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | can | Mushroom soup |
| ⅓ | cup | Flour |
| ½ | cup | Chili sauce |
Directions
Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix and blend well. Add milk to mushroom soup and stir until blended. Add ¼ of the soup mixture to the first ingredients. Mix well and form into medium size balls. Dip the balls in flour and brown on all sides in a hot deep fryer or pan of oil. Place in a casserole. Combine chili sauce and remaining soup mixture. Pour the mixture over the balls.
