Wonderful "buttermilk" pancakes

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Yogurt, skim milk -- * see

⅓ cup Water
1 teaspoon Egg BeatersĀ® 99% egg
Substitute -- ** see note
Well beaten with:
2 tablespoons Water
1 cup Whole-grain wheat flour --

1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt

Blend the yogurt, water, and Egg Replacer mixture thoroughly. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until moistened. Cook on a nonstick griddle over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes total.
