3 ounces | Stilton cheese; crumbled |
Add oil and mustard seeds to a nonstick skillet over moderate heat and cook until mustard seeds begin to pop (cover if necessary). Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft but not brown. Stir in the vinegar and apple and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over mustard greens and toss with pancetta and Stilton. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings.
