Viennese nut torte

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
7 \N Eggs -- separated
⅔ cup Sugar
5 ounces Bittersweet chocolate --
\N \N Grated
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ cup Nuts -- ground
\N \N Chocolate icing

Bear yolks and sugar till light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts.

Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or till done.
