Vegetarian rice and beans (tabasco)

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Water |
| 2 | Vegetable bouillon cubes or 2 teaspoons instant broth granules | |
| 2 | cups | Raw brown rice |
| 1 | can | Red kidney beans; rinsed and drained |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | large | Green bell pepper; chopped |
| 1 | Jar Original or Spicy TABASCO® 7 Spice Chili Recipe; (16 ounces) | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
Directions
Put water and bouillon cubes in 4-quart heavy-gauge saucepan with lid.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in rice. Return to a boil; add remaining ingredients. Return mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low if cooking over campfire, move to side. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
