It is untried. I got it from the Five Roses Flour Recipe Cooking Collection.
Saut vegetables briefly in oil until barely tender. Season to taste and set aside. Fill crepes with ⅓ cup sauted vegetables and fold into a small rectangular packet. Place seam side down in a large baking dish.
