|½ cup||Water or veg. broth|
|6 ounces||Rinsed/drained garbanzo beans (Beano if desired)|
"Saute" onions in water or broth. Add TVP for about 10 minutes, then gradually add remaining vegetables and cook approximately 5 minutes. This is great over pasta. Also, liquid smoke adds flavor if you have some.
