| 4 | tablespoons | Onion minced |
| ⅜ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 3 | teaspoons | Wrights liquid smoke |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
Directions
Mix ingredients well and stuff into casings or roll into ½ lb rolls and wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Can be sliced into rounds and cooked in frying pan, or broken up and used to flavor other dishes.
