The "best" potato salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient

6 mediums Potatoes; cooked, diced
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 Onion; finely chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
3 Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
½ teaspoon Celery seed
½ cup Celery; chopped
2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
Seasoned salt; to taste
Salt and pepper; to taste

Marinate potatoes in Italian dressing in refrigerator for several hours.

Combine with other ingredients and chill until serving time. May garnish with hard-cooked eggs, cherry tomatoes, or green pepper rings.
