Szechwan asparagus with tofu

2 pounds Young asparagus; trimmed and rinsed
2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 cup Chopped scallions
8 ounces Tofu
\N \N Chopped peanuts; sesame seeds,
\N \N ; teriyaki for
\N \N ; garnish

Directions: Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and tofu. Toss in wok until tofu becomes slightly golden. Add the asparagus and allow to cook briefly. Quickly add the soy sauce, chopped scallions.

Stir fry until asparagus is bright green, but not wilted. Garnish with the chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, and teriyaki.
