2Szechuan peppercorns finely ground
½teaspoonHot pepper sauce or to taste

SAUCE

Mix ingredients for marinade, add tuna and let sit 30 minutes to a hour. Grill over medium-hot coals, occasionally tossing peppercorns into the fire. Blend ingredients for sauce and serve on the side.
