Swiss baked stuffed mushroom

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 larges Fresh mushrooms; up to 10
1 can Small shrimp; drained
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise; up to 2
¼ cup Swiss cheese; shredded

1. Cut the stems of the mushrooms and scoop out the centres. Finely chop stems and centres.

2. Combine the crab meat and Mayonnaise 3. Add whatever seasonings you like (I use "Pinch of Herbs") to taste.

4. Add in chopped stems and centres. Add in cheese. Stuff into mushroom cups and place under the broiler for 5-7 minutes.
