Spaghetti with garlic & oil***

| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh chopped parsley |
| ½ | cup | White wine |

| 16 | ounces | Thin spaghetti- cooked according to dir. |
| Gratd cheese for serving | ||
Directions
Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sautee for 5 min on low.
Add wine and simmer for 5 min. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
