1 pack (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach; thawed and drained
2 cups Cooked sp. sq.
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 ounces Grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Plus
1 teaspoon Marg; melted

Place in 1 qt baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake covered 25 minutes until hot. Serves 4, 139 cals, 8 grams fat.
