Sourdough starter - b&b

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Warm water
2 teaspoons Salad oil
1 pack Yeast
½ cup Warm water
2 teaspoons Sugar
1¼ teaspoon Salt
2⅓ cup Flour

Recipe by: Stacked arms B & B in Wiscasset, Maine combine the milk, ¼ C water and oil, bring to a boil. Cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle the yeast on ½ C warm water; stir until dissolved; add with sugar and salt to the cooled milk mixture. Stir the liquid into the flour just enough to blend thoroughly. Cover; let stand in a warm place for 12-18 hours to sour.
