| 6 | cups | Chicken stock |
| 10 | ounces | Med shrimp, shelled |
| 1 | ounce | Straw mushrooms |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fish soy |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
| Lemon juice | ||
Directions
Place all soup ingredients except last 3 in a pot over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and mushrooms and just return to a boil. Mix in seasonings. Garnish with green onion
