Sour curry paste

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
10 eaches Dried red chilies, soaked, seeded & chopped
1½ tablespoon Lemon grass, chopped
3 tablespoons Shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend into a paste.
