| 1½ | cup | Yogurt; I used 4 o/o Eshel |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla essence |
| Oil for deep frying | ||
| Sugar powder for decoration | ||
Directions

Mix all ingredients, allow to raise, covered with a towel for short time.
Heat oil and fry small dounuts on both sides until golden-brown. With a slotted spoon remove on plate covered with paper towels. Before serving decorate with sugar powder.
