Soufganiot mehirot osem (quick donouts)

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Self raising flour
2 \N Eggs
1½ cup Yogurt; I used 4 o/o Eshel
¼ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
\N \N Oil for deep frying
\N \N Sugar powder for decoration

Mix all ingredients, allow to raise, covered with a towel for short time.

Heat oil and fry small dounuts on both sides until golden-brown. With a slotted spoon remove on plate covered with paper towels. Before serving decorate with sugar powder.
