Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 cup Butter
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
½ teaspoon Soda In
2 cups Flour

Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs and flavoring. Add flour mixture. A bit more flour may be needed. Pat dough into greased pans, about ¼ inch thick. Cut into diamond shapes--sprikle with sugar and chopped walnuts.

Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes.
