Shrimp fried rice

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 \N Green onions & tops, chopped
3 cups Cold, cooked rice
¼ pounds Cooked baby shrimp, chopped
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Beat eggs with water just to blend; set aside. Head oil in hot wok or large skilled over medium heat. Add green onions; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add eggs and scramble. Stir in rice and cook until heated; gently separating grains. Add shrimp and soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Serve immediately.
