Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Lamb cut into 1 in cubes |
| ¼ | cup | Dry white wine |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| ½ | cup | Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Horseradish |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dill seed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 15 | Cherry tomatoes | |
| 15 | Button mushrooms | |
| 12 | slices | Bacon |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
Place lamb in shallow baking dish. Combine the next nine ingredients and pour over lamb. Marinate in fridge 4 hrs or overnight When ready to cook put lamb on skewer followed by a tomato and a mushroom and another piece of lamb etc. Broil 4 in from heat or barbeque over hot coals for 10-15 min turning and basting often with reserved marinade.
Serve over a hot bed of rice.
