Yield: 4 Servings
|1 small||Onion; sliced|
|1 can||Cream of broccoli cheese soup|
|4 mediums||Potatoes; cooked and sliced|
|3 slices||Bacon; cooked and crumbled|
|\N \N||Fresh parsley; for garnish|

1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt margarine. Saute onion until tender.
2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper, bring to a boil.
3. Add pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
