Scalloped potatoes with cheddar sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 small Onion; sliced
1 can Cream of broccoli cheese soup
⅓ cup Milk
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
4 mediums Potatoes; cooked and sliced
3 slices Bacon; cooked and crumbled
\N \N Fresh parsley; for garnish
\N 5 minutes or until hot.

1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt margarine. Saute onion until tender.

2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper, bring to a boil.

3. Add pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
