Scalloped potatoes with cheddar sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 1 | small | Onion; sliced |
| 1 | can | Cream of broccoli cheese soup |
| ⅓ | cup | Milk |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 4 | mediums | Potatoes; cooked and sliced |
| 3 | slices | Bacon; cooked and crumbled |
| Fresh parsley; for garnish | ||

Directions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt margarine. Saute onion until tender.
2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper, bring to a boil.
3. Add pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
