|1 pack||Smoked salmon; pre-cut|
|1 pack||Soft cheese spread|
|1 pack||Chives; snipped|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|Black pepper to season|
Mix together the chives and soft cheese spread. Add a pinch of paprika and the lemon juice. Add the black pepper and give it all a good mix.
Overlap two pieces of smoked salmon and thickly spread with cheese filling.
Roll up like a Swiss roll and cut into slices.
