Rosemary focaccia

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Frozen pizza or bread dough; thaw
1½ tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary; chop, or 1 teaspoon dried, crumble
¼ teaspoon Cracked black pepper
¼ teaspoon Coarse salt
½ cup Roasted red peppers; dice


Combine oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roll dough into 10" circle; place on grill. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. Turn crust; brush with oil mixture and sprinkle with ⅓ c red peppers.
