Rocky mountain brisket

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Beef brisket
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Crumbled bay leaf
2 tablespoons Liquid smoke
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
14 ounces Catsup
¾ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
6 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Liquid smoke Salt & pepper
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Celery salt
½ cup Water

BARBECUE SAUCE

Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, bay leaves and liquid smoke. Rub meat on all sides with mixture. Place meat fat side up in large roasting pan. Cover tightly and bake 4 hours at 325 degrees. After meat is cooked, cut thin slices across the grain; mix with the barbecue sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on buns.
