Quickie chicken l'orange

| 3 | ounces | Orange juice concentrate |
| 1 | tablespoon | Low sodium soy sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugarless orange marmalade |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced garlic |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch, optional |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cold water, optional |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F.Combine orange juice, soy sauce, marmalade and garlic and pour over chicken in a baking dish. Cover and bake until chicken is tender. If desired, mix cornstarch and water; stir into drained sauce. Pour over chicken and serve.
