Quickie chicken l'orange

3ouncesOrange juice concentrate
1tablespoonLow sodium soy sauce
2tablespoonsSugarless orange marmalade
1tablespoonMinced garlic
1tablespoonCornstarch, optional
2tablespoonsCold water, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 325F.Combine orange juice, soy sauce, marmalade and garlic and pour over chicken in a baking dish. Cover and bake until chicken is tender. If desired, mix cornstarch and water; stir into drained sauce. Pour over chicken and serve.
