Quick cheesy chicken-corn chowder

Ingredients

1Whole small chicken breast; uncooked
¼cupOnion; chopped
¼cupCelery; chopped
1can(10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
ounceWhole kernel corn
½cupMilk
½cupAmerican cheese; shredded
2tablespoonsPimento; chopped

Directions

1. In a saucepan combine chicken, onion, celery, and ¼ cup water.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Remove chicken; when cool, cut off meat and chop.

4. Return meat to broth; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, for

10 minutes.
