Pimientos stuffed with corn

1cupSoft bread crumbs
1tablespoonChili sauce
3tablespoonsMelted butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
6Whole canned pimientos, well drained

Directions

1. Combine the corn, bread crumbs, chili sauce, butter or margarine and salt

and pepper, to taste, in a small bowl.

2. Stuff the pimientos with the corn mixture and place in a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.

3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until heated through.
