Pickled onion

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ medium Red onion; cut 1/4\" thick
\N \N Wedges
½ cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Pickling spices
½ teaspoon Salt

In a small saucepan simmer ingredients 2 minutes and transfer to a bowl.

Chill onion, covered.
