Perky squash soup

Ingredients

1Clove garlic; crushed
2tablespoonsButtter; melted
4mediumsYellow squash; sliced 1/4\" thick
1cupChicken broth
1can(8 oz) tomato sauce
cupWater
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
½teaspoonParsley
¼teaspoonDried whole thyme
teaspoonDried whole oregano
Grated parmesan

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in butter in dutch oven til tender. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cover and simmer 20min. or til squash is tender.
