Pate au chou (cream puff pastry)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Water
1 cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 \N Eggs

Place water in saucepan with butter or margarine. Bring to boil till butter is almost melted. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in flour and salt with wooden spoon untill dough forms tight ball around spoon.

Beat in eggs one at a time until well blended. Continue beating mixture untill batter is smooth and satiny--about 5 minutes. You may use an electric mixer with a paddle attachment.

Bake at 450ø until done.
