½poundsTasso or smoked sausage;chop
¼cupGreen pepper; chopped
¼cupRed onion; chopped
1tablespoonMinced garlic
xCreole seasoning
¼Stick butter
xGrated provolone
xGrated gouda
1poundsThree-colored pasta; cooked

Directions

Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter.

Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
