Pasta jambalaya

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Chicken; diced
½ pounds Tasso or smoked sausage;chop
¼ cup Green pepper; chopped
¼ cup Red onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
\N x Creole seasoning
¼ \N Stick butter
\N x Grated provolone
\N x Grated gouda
1 pounds Three-colored pasta; cooked

Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter.

Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
