One step lasanga

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 \N Jar (15 1/2 oz) spaghetti sauce (I like Prego meat flavored best)
½ cup Water
½ teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Uncooked lasagna noodles
1 cup Ricotta cheese, drained (cottage cheese works, too)
1½ cup Grated mozarella cheese
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook beef in a 2 quart measuring cup on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once.

Drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, and salt, blending well.

Arrange ⅓ of the sauce in a glass or ceramic baking dish.Cover with half the noodles. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles. Sprinkle with ⅓ of the mozarella cheese. Repeat the once and top with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.

Cover with double thick plastic wrap and cook on MEDIUM for 35 minutes at 50% power.

Remove the wrap (carefully), sprinkle the top with the remaining ⅓ of the mozarella cheese and a little Parmesan cheese (optional). Cook 5 minutes at 50% power to melt the cheese. Enjoy! Posted to Kitmailbox Digest 23 Feb 97 by "Steve Royal" <sroyal@...> on Feb 23, 1997.
