14½ ounce | Can hominy; drained |
1 small | Onino; chopped |
4 ounces | Can diced green chili peppers, drained |
1 teaspoon | Chili powder |
Trim fat off pork steaks; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine hominy with onion, chili peppers, and chili powder in bottom of slow-cooking pot.
Arrange pork steaks over hominy. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
