|Salt and pepper|
|14½ ounce||Can hominy; drained|
|1 small||Onino; chopped|
|4 ounces||Can diced green chili peppers, drained|
|1 teaspoon||Chili powder|
Trim fat off pork steaks; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine hominy with onion, chili peppers, and chili powder in bottom of slow-cooking pot.
Arrange pork steaks over hominy. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
