No mess lasagna boat

Ingredients

18Lasagna noodles, UNCOOKED
24ouncesDry curd cottage cheese
2Egg
16ouncesCheese, Mozzarella; shredded
½cupCheese, parmesan, grated
2poundsBeef, ground, or turkey Italian spices to taste -

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown ground beef and drain

Mix together ground beef and spaghetti sauce (add spices} In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and eggs until well blended.

Spread ¼ of the sauce equally on the bottom of two flat lasagna size pans. (approx 9 x 13)

Place one noodle layer 3 across bottom of pan Place ¼ of the cottage cheese mixture in each pan on top of noodle, then layer ⅙ of sauce in each pan then the second layer of noodle.

Repeat, ending with top layer of noodle, and then top with remaining sauce.

Cover tightly with foil

Cook 1 hour covered. Uncover, then sprinkle with lots of parmesan cheese and cook 15 min more or until tests done by inserting knife into noodles and they feel soft and cooked through.

Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
