Narsai's asparagus sauce

Ingredients

| 4 | Green onions; minced | |
| 1 | Lemon; zest and juice | |
| ⅓ | cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 | Oranges | |
| ½ | Jalapeno chile pepper; minced | |
| 6 | Sprigs basil or mint; chopped | |
| 1 | pounds | Asparagus; steamed |
Directions
CITRUS: 1 lemon: grate the peel, zest only; squeeze for juice. 2 oranges: grated zest; peel and finely dice the sections.
Mix all ingredients together and use over a bunch of asparagus to feed 4 to 6.
