My cincinnati five ways chili

1 pounds Ground Beef
2 tablespoons Onion; minced
3 tablespoons Garlic; minced
2 cups Tomato sauce
½ tablespoon Cumin;ground
½ tablespoon Chili powder
1 \N Bay leaf
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder; unsweetened
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon Oregano;dried
1 teaspoon Vinegar; white
1 can Kidney beans; 19 oz;drained
\N \N Cooked spaghetti;or other pasta
\N \N Onions;yellow, minced
\N \N Butter
\N \N Cheddar;grated

Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to ½ hours, stirring occasionally.

Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
