½tablespoonChili powder
1Bay leaf
1teaspoonCinnamon
2tablespoonsCocoa powder; unsweetened
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
½tablespoonOregano;dried
1teaspoonVinegar; white
1canKidney beans; 19 oz;drained
Cooked spaghetti;or other pasta
Onions;yellow, minced
Butter
Cheddar;grated

Directions

Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to ½ hours, stirring occasionally.

Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
