| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cocoa powder; unsweetened |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ | tablespoon | Oregano;dried |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vinegar; white |
| 1 | can | Kidney beans; 19 oz;drained |
| Cooked spaghetti;or other pasta | ||
| Onions;yellow, minced | ||
| Butter | ||
| Cheddar;grated | ||
Directions
Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
