5 cups | Instant nonfat dry milk |
¾ cup | Cocoa |
¾ cup | Sugar |
Blend all ingredients and store in plastic bag in a dry place. Use as needed. For 4 cups chocolate milk, place 1½ cup cocoa mix in a pot. Add 3 cups water. Heat quickly to boiling and lower heat and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Chill and serve. For 1 cup chocolate milk, use 6 tbsp, cocoa mix and ¾ cup water.
