Linzer bread

Measure Ingredient

1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups Bread flour
¼ cup Rye flour
¼ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Walnuts; chopped
¾ cup Water
2 tablespoons Water

Load ingredients into machine according to manufacturer's directions.

Process on regular bread cycle. -- 1½ pound loaf:

active dry yeast 2¼ tsps.

bread flour 3 cups

rye flour ⅓ cup

sugar ⅓ cup

ground cinnamon ¾ tsp.

salt ¾ tsp

chopped walnuts ¾ cup

water 1 ¼ cup
