Directions
Cover seeded sour cherries with vinegar and let stand 12 hours.
Put into a colander and let drain for 2 hours. Measure cherries, and add an equal part of sugar. Keep in cold place for 9 days. Stir once a day. It takes this long to dissolve the sugar. Without heatiing, pack in jars and seal.
