Ingredients

| 1 | Flank steaks; (up to 2) | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salad oil |
| 2 | teaspoons | Tenderizer |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sherry or vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey or corn syrup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Accent |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Directions
Piece steak with fork on both sides. Combine ingredients; pour over steak.
Let stand 2 or 3 hours; turn occasionally. Broil or grill, allowing 4 minutes per side. Slice in thin diagonal slices against grain.
