1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Salad oil |
2 teaspoons | Tenderizer |
2 tablespoons | Sherry or vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Honey or corn syrup |
1 teaspoon | Accent |
1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Piece steak with fork on both sides. Combine ingredients; pour over steak.
Let stand 2 or 3 hours; turn occasionally. Broil or grill, allowing 4 minutes per side. Slice in thin diagonal slices against grain.
