Glazed london broil

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Flank steaks; (up to 2)
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Salad oil
2 teaspoons Tenderizer
2 tablespoons Sherry or vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey or corn syrup
1 teaspoon Accent
1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Piece steak with fork on both sides. Combine ingredients; pour over steak.

Let stand 2 or 3 hours; turn occasionally. Broil or grill, allowing 4 minutes per side. Slice in thin diagonal slices against grain.
