2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonSalad oil
2teaspoonsTenderizer
2tablespoonsSherry or vinegar
1tablespoonHoney or corn syrup
1teaspoonAccent
1teaspoonGarlic powder

Directions

Piece steak with fork on both sides. Combine ingredients; pour over steak.

Let stand 2 or 3 hours; turn occasionally. Broil or grill, allowing 4 minutes per side. Slice in thin diagonal slices against grain.
