Date: Sat, 10 Feb 1996 09:39:20 -0800 From: Gerald Edgerton <jerrye@...> Pre-soak red clay pot for 15 minutes in cold water. Meanwhile, sprinkle Microshake liberally over roast. Pierce about every inch on both sides.
Place roast in red clay pot, slice onion over top of roast. Add ¼ cup of water. Cover with water soaked lid. Microwave 5 minutes a pound at 100% power. Turn roast over, re-cover. Microwave for 15 minutes a pound at 50% power. Let stand, covered for 5 to 8 minutes.
HINTS: You may add vegetables when you turn the pot roast over. Cooking time must be increased 15 to 20 minutes.
